About Me

Hi, my name is Sarah. I’m 21 years old and currently living in Bristol in the UK.

I have been making cards since I was about fourteen years old, and I love it! Birthdays, Christmas, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day – you name it, I’ll make a card for it!

I decided to create a blog because I wanted to share some of my work with the world, as well as provide access to free patterns and tutorials to help others with their card making!

CraftsUPrint

In August 2009 I became a designer for CraftsUPrint, the world’s largest legal craft download website. I love designing for cUp, as it gives me a chance to make a little bit of money from my hobby, which helps fund all my card making goodies such as peel-off stickers and glitter card! It gives me such a thrill to know that people are buying my designs and using them for their card making. Click here to see my CraftsUPrint sheets.

Clip Art

I have started to create my own clip art which can be used by designers and craftmakers alike. There are two places where you can purchase my clip art – CraftsUPrint and my own clip art website Crafting Clip Art.

My style of drawing is quite “cutesy” and cartoony, which is brilliant for use on cards. You can use my clip art on your craft projects that you sell, including digital designs (e.g. craftsuprint sheets) and handmade cards, scrapbook pages, etc.

I am a licensed reseller for Resale Clipart, and this can also be found on my Crafting Clip Art website. Prices start at just 75p for a clip art set!

Web Design & Development

Besides card making, my other passion is creating websites. I’m currently studying a degree in Web Design and this blog presented a great opportunity to get to know WordPress, which is the blogging platform I have built this site on. If you are interested in a website to sell your cards from, or just to show them off as a gallery site, please visit Design Sheep, my web design portfolio site.

Thank You!

Finally, thanks for reading my card making blog, I hope that you enjoy it and pick up some ideas for your own card making! I’d love to hear your thoughts, so please leave a comment on posts that you enjoy!
